If you’re a professional with managerial experience, then acquiring a postgraduate qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may be the perfect way to progress your career, get your skills formally recognised and save time and money doing it.
If you’ve always pushed an MBA to the side due to other commitments and a heavy workload, then committing to an MBA at half the time and cost may be just what you need.
By undergoing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for a relevant Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate, you can receive a unit exemption of up to 50% from an MBA at a university of your choice, saving you time, money and effort.
Use your existing skills and work experience to attain an associated Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate via RPL. Simply provide evidence of your competency against each unit of the qualification, and you’ll be issued your postgraduate qualification.
Once you’ve achieved your postgraduate qualification, you’ll be set to achieve an exemption of up to 6 units from your MBA. We’ll help you match the units of your attained qualification with those of the MBA, so all the hard work will be done for you.
With your exemptions in hand, enrol in our partner institutions’ MBA Programs or a university of your choice, and complete the remaining 6 units at your own pace.
If you already have some or most of the skills required to attain your qualification but fail to meet some units of competency, then it’s possible to adequately cover the remaining units through suitable gap training, conducted online via our e-Learning portal.
To meet your gap training requirements, you may have to complete a selection of e-learning assessments, including multiple choice, short answer and/or true or false questions, assignments, projects and reports.
Once submitted, your assessments will be reviewed by industry assessors where you will either be moved onto the next unit upon successful completion, or receive detailed feedback that will help you redo your assessment in your own time.
Our RPL Advisors and assessors will provide you with full support and guidance at every stage of the e-Learning process, and answer any questions you might have.
Complete a quick Free Skills Check and determine whether you’re eligible for RPL by speaking with one of our RPL Advisors.
If you fall short on a couple of units of competency, no worries! Our RPL Advisors will speak to you about achieving your qualification through RPL e-Learning or ‘gap training’.
Use our accessible, 24/7 e-Learning platform to complete a unit or selection of qualification units online, in your own time and at your own pace.
Once you have successfully met the requirements of each unit of your qualification, you will be issued your nationally recognised qualification, issued by one of our RTO partners.
Training your employees can often be a costly endeavour, but it doesn’t have to be. Use RPL to keep your staff trained and motivated in a cost-effective way.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an assessment pathway that allows individuals to attain a nationally recognised qualification using their existing skills, knowledge and experience.
By providing relevant supporting evidence against units of competency, staff Australia-wide can achieve their qualification in weeks
Employee recognition has been proven to positively impact employee motivation and retention. Rewarding your employees with a nationally recognised qualification and opportunities for development can encourage productivity, commitment and long-term employment.
Having an active training and development strategy within your business is a great way of retaining current staff, reducing high turnover rates and saving on the costs of replacing staff.
Attract potential employees by offering opportunities for development as part of a remuneration package. This will also help you draw a larger pool of candidates who have the required skills, but not the qualification.
By validating an employee’s competence in their appointed role through the attainment of a qualification, RPL can help your employees adequately meet regulatory requirements. This includes accreditation requirements and the training needs of your industry.
